1) COPYRIGHT: The copyright and all other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to database rights, trademarks, design rights and domain names in all cases whether registered or not) in all Santé Ltd materials (including without limitation, designs, texts, pictures, graphics, logos, images and the selection and arrangement of them) and all course materials belong to us (whether marked as such or not). All rights are reserved. Whilst you may print extracts or download them from the website for your personal use in school you may not otherwise download, copy, reproduce, translate, redistribute, republish, transmit, adapt, alter, create derivative works from or otherwise extract or reutilise any material contained on or available via the website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

2) MY COMMITMENT: I confirm that I am committed to the membership. I am responsible for actively participating throughout the program to get the most from it.

3) CONDUCT: I agree to honour the confidential nature of the coaching, to hold in strictest confidence all communication I am privy to as a member.

4) RESPONSIBILITY: I understand that the recommendations of any coaches or support team are meant to support and help my own processing and I take full responsibility for the decisions I make and follow through on behalf of my own family, school or workplace.

5) Santé’s COMMITMENT: I understand that Santé Ltd agrees to provide me access to the content, coaching and community relative to my package. 

By entering into this coaching agreement, I consent to the use of any feedback, testimonials, or experiences I provide for promotional purposes and to encourage others. My identity will be kept confidential unless I explicitly grant permission for its use. My feedback and experiences may be used in various forms of materials, including but not limited to, website content, social media posts, Government reporting and promotional materials. If I have any concerns or wish to restrict the use of my feedback I will communicate my preferences in writing to [email protected]
